چکیده

وجود یک انبار با سیستم انبارداری مدون و منظم، با هدف تأمین قطعات جهت پشتیبانی عملیات تولید، امری اجتناب ناپذیر می‌باشد. هم‌زمان با افزایش عمر هر انبار، میزان اقلام راکد در آن انبار نیز افزایش می‌یابد که دلایل این افزایش می‌بایست مورد برسی قرار گیرد. در این مقاله هدف ما شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر ایجاد اقلام راکد در انبار و راهکارهای کاهش آن در پالایشگاه گاز پارسیان می­باشد. لذا جهت طراحی چهارچوب و استخراج سؤالات تحقیق پس از مطالعه ادبیات انبارداری، با کارشناسان شرکت مصاحبه شده و با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان، عوامل و علل احتمالی که به عنوان عوامل تأثیرگذار بر ایجاد اقلام راکد در انبار قلمداد می‌شود، شناسایی و مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. در ادامه با استفاده از پرسشنامه روش دلفی، نظرات خبرگان و کارشناسان با تجربه درخصوص عوامل تأثیرگذار بر ایجاد اقلام راکد در انبار و راهکارهای کاهش آن در پالایشگاه گاز پارسیان شناسایی و با استفاده از روش AHP راهکارهای پیشنهادی، اولویت‌بندی می‌گردد. در انتها نیز بر حسب نتایج حاصل از تحقیق، پیشنهادهایی به منظور مواجهه اثربخش با عوامل شناسایی‌شده ارائه شده است.

The existence of a warehouse with a coded and regular storage system with the aim of providing parts to support production operations is inevitable. In this article, our goal is to identify and rank the factors affecting the creation of stagnant items in storage and ways to reduce it in Parsian Gas Refinery. Therefore, in order to design the framework and extract the research questions, after studying the warehousing literature, interviews have been conducted with the company's experts and using the opinions of experts, the possible causes and factors that are considered as influential factors in creating stagnant items in the warehouse are identified and Will be examined. Then, using the Delphi method questionnaire, the opinions of experts and experienced experts, the factors affecting the creation of stagnant items in the warehouse and solutions to reduce it in Parsian Gas Refinery are identified and using the AHP method, the proposed solutions are prioritized. Finally, based on the results of the research, some suggestions are presented in order to effectively deal with the identified factors.
