The maintenance and repair system plays a key role in achieving organizational goals and objectives, including reducing equipment downtime, improving quality and operation. Therefore, this study was designed to identify and rank the factors that are effective in establishing and implementing an effective maintenance and repair system in a military organization. The research is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population includes 5 experts from a military organization in the field of maintenance and repair. By studying the research background, the factors that are effective in establishing an effective maintenance and repair system have been identified. In order to rank the identified factors, a questionnaire was provided to the experts using the fuzzy DEMATEL technique, and finally, the ranking of the indicators and identification of the mutual relationships between them was carried out using the fuzzy DEMATEL method. Based on the studies conducted on this subject, no research has been conducted so far, which is considered as a research innovation. The results show that the factors are (1) group dynamics; (2) structure; (3) Individual factors and (4) organizational culture are the most effective factors in establishing an effective IT system in a military organization.
