ارائه مدلی ترکیبی جهت توسعه محصولات دانش بنیان هوا-پایه با استفاده از رویکردهای معمول و چابک

چکیده

این مقاله به دنبال ارائه یک مدل ترکیبی با استفاده از رویکرد معمول موجود در شرکت و رویکرد چابک جهت توسعه محصولات دانش بنیان هوا-پایه است، چراکه ترکیب روش شناسی معمول و چابک بهترین روش مدیریت برای بسیاری از پروژه ها است. ابتدا به معرفی رویکرد معمول، رویکرد چابک و مقایسه و بیان تفاوت ها دو رویکرد می پردازد، مدل معمول توسعه محصولات دانش بنیان هوا-پایه (مدل Vee و مدل Vee چند گانه) را معرفی می کند و با استفاده از روشهای معروف چابک از قبیل اسکرام و کانبان و تجربه شرکت زیمنس و مدل کوپر در آمریکا، به ارائه مدل جدید ترکیبی معمول و چابک و شرح مدل می پردازد. در ادامه با استفاده خبرگان و ابزار پرسشنامه با استفاده از 50 سوال به بررسی فازهای مدل جدید با استفاده از سنجش 11 فاکتور (عامل) پرداخته و با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی نیازی به حذف فاکتوری از مدل نمی شود. سپس مدل را در 2 پروژه بکار گرفته و با استفاده ازخبرگان و ابزار پرسشنامه با استفاده از 47 سوال با استفاده از آزمون اندازه های تکراری به مقایسه چابکی دو مدل معمول و مدل ترکیبی می پردازد و در نهایت به این نتیجه می رسد که چابکی سازمانی و چابکی تیمی در مدل معمول و مدل ترکیبی با هم تفاوت معناداری دارند.

This article seeks to present a hybrid model using the traditional approach in the company and the agile approach to develop air-based knowledge products because the combination of traditional and agile methodology is the best management method for many projects. First, it introduces the usual approach, the agile approach, and compares and expresses the differences between the two approaches. , introduces the usual air-based knowledge product development model (Vee model and multiple Vee model) and uses famous agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban and the experience of Siemens and the Cooper model in America, to present a new hybrid model Usual and agile and the description of the model pays. In the following, with the help of experts and a questionnaire tool, using 50 questions, the phases of the new model were examined by measuring 11 factors, and by using factor analysis, there is no need to remove any factor from the model. Then applied the model to 2 projects and compared the agility of two common models and a hybrid model using 47 questions using experts and a questionnaire tool and finally came to the conclusion that There is a significant difference between team agility and organizational agility in the traditional model and hybrid model.
