ترسیم نقشه دانش تولیدات علمی دنیا در حوزه مدیریت دارایی‌های فیزیکی در پایگاه وب‌آف ساینس 2023 - 1958

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: با شدت گرفتن تغییرات در جهان و همچنین نیاز به حداکثر رسانی بهره‌وری در تمامی منابع سازمان‌‌ها، مدیریت دارایی‌های فیزیکی یکی از اصلی‌ترین فعالیت‌ها و راهبردهای سازمان‌های صنعتی و خدمات زیربنایی را شکل داده است. از این‌رو مدیریت دارایی‌های فیزیکی به یک فعالیت حیاتی تبدیل گشته و نیاز به توجه ویژه را می‌طلبد. به‌این‌ترتیب، هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل کتاب‌سنجی تولیدات علمی منتشر شده در پایگاه علمی وب‌آف ساینس در موضوع مدیریت دارایی‌های فیزیکی از سال 2023-1958 و مصورسازی نقشه علمی آن‌ها می‌باشد.

روش: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ ماهیت توصیفی-تحلیلی و به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نوع مرور نظام‌مند مستندات علمی می‌باشد که تعداد 1876 منبع با موضوع مدیریت دارایی‌های فیزیکی از پایگاه علمی وب‌آف ساینس به‌صورت جستجو در عنوان مقاله، چکیده و واژگان کلیدی، استخراج گردید.

یافته‌ها: بررسی وتحلیل داده‌ها توسط امکانات این پایگاه و همچنین نرم‌افزار VOSviewerکه یک نرم‌افزار تحلیل شبکه اجتماعی است صورت گرفت تا روند محصولات پژوهشی، نقشه دانشی، شبکه مفهومی، شبکه هم‌واژگانی پژوهش‌های انجام شده با موضوع مدیریت دارایی‌های فیزیکی احصاء، طراحی و مصورسازی شود.

نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از این است که پژوهشگران دنیا تقریباً از هفت دهه گذشته نسبت به بررسی و ارائه دستاوردهای علمی مرتبط با حوزه مدیریت دارایی‌های فیزیکی اقداماتی را انجام داده‌اند اما به‌صورت جدی روند تولیدات علمی از سال 2004 میلادی توسعه‌ای و صعودی بوده و از سال 2018 میلادی این رشد چشم‌گیر و نمایان‌تر می‌باشد در حال حاضر هم یکی از موضوعات جذاب و کاربردی برای پژوهشگران، موسسات و مراکز علمی در دنیا محسوب می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Background and Purpose: The aim of the present research is the bibliometric analysis of scientific productions published in the Web of Science scientific database on the subject of physical asset management from 1958 to 2023 and to illustrate their scientific map.

Methodology: The current research is descriptive-analytical in nature and applied in terms of purpose and a systematic review of scientific documents, in which 1876 sources on the topic of physical assets management were extracted from the Web of Science scientific database by searching the article title, abstract and keywords.

Findings: Data review and analysis was done by the facilities of this database and also the VOSviewer software, which is a social network analysis software, in order to enumerate, design and visualize the research products, knowledge map, conceptual network, synonym network of the researches conducted on the subject of physical asset management.

Conclusion: The results of the research indicate that the researchers of the world have taken measures to review and present scientific achievements related to the field of physical assets management for the past seven decades, but seriously, the trend of scientific productions has been developmental and upward since 2004 and since In 2018, this growth is more impressive and visible, and it is currently considered one of the most attractive and practical topics for researchers, institutions and scientific centers in the world.
