Nowadays, the construction industry progress is one of the indicators of the countries development. On the other hand, with the population growth and, accordingly, the increase in the desire for urbanization, the need for housing has become more crucial and more than ever. In recent years, the construction of high-rise buildings has been considered with the aim of saving expensive land consumption. Certainly, the effect of structural design in these buildings is more significant than usual and shorter buildings. In high-rise structures, the structural system is one of the most important and decisive parts of the design. So, the key aim of this study is to evaluate and prioritize concrete appropriate for use in high-rise buildings. To analyze the data, first, the types of important and usable concretes in this type of buildings were identified using library studies and in the analysis process, the opinions of experts including 4 employers, 3 contractors, 2 consulting companies, and 12 university professors were used. In the current study, 6 concretes were selected that had the highest degree of repeatability in the implementation of high-rise structures. Then, to use the fuzzy DEMATEL method, each of the concretes was scored, and finally, the effectiveness of each of them was determined. The research results reveal that High Strength Self Compacting Concrete (B3) is the most effective factor and ordinary concrete (B5) is the most effective concrete for use in high-rise buildings.
