The purpose of this study is to outline the interactions within and outside the organization of the standardization system in the equipping cycle of a military organization that deals with its pillars, models and principles.
In this article, in order to create a system in the proposed models, a series of definitions, roles and responsibilities in different stages of model implementation are defined. By implementing the proposed models and strategies, it is possible to help reduce the concerns of managers, especially managers in the field of readiness and support of a military organization.
This research has been written in a real experimental method and special attention has been paid to its executive aspects. Given the importance and necessity of fully establishing the standardization system in the procurement processes of a military organization, it is necessary to follow the recommendations.
The achievements of this paper provide a large and comprehensive picture of the concept of standardization in the equipping cycle of a military organization in which its structural, process, executive management and value concepts are examined and the feedback received on the opposite sides of the models. Keeps the proposal active and finally complete and basic strategies will be introduced based on the opinions of organizational experts.
